A Mind + Body Process

Expect to be supported both physically and mentally in your training. We simply cannot truly master one without the other.  Many coaches miss this, leading clients to short term results and heightened stress levels. It's 2024. We're doing things differently now.

A note on my process*

Well hello there. Welcome to the first step - a very big and beautiful step - towards a body that you feel free in. One that is free of pain and exhaustion, and carries you through your day with ease. While you may be here to reach your aesthetic goals, you should know we will go beyond. I take a holistic and hands on approach in my coaching because I know we all need support in both mind and body in order to truly win here. I genuinely want you to succeed - long term and far beyond me. I will teach you all the little habits that go into what a SUSTAINABLE health lifestyle really means.

Each week we will layer in new habits that fit into your unique lifestyle and situation so that you never feel overwhelmed and most importantly so it sticks.

Working with me as your coach includes many opportunities including custom workout plans that you enjoy, nutritional guidance that supports your hormones and serotonin, and a very real partnership with me because your success is also mine.

Why the OPT Model

The Body.

A science backed workout

The OPT model is divided into three main levels, each with specific phases that cater to different aspects of fitness and performance. The OPT model is widely recognized in the fitness industry for its evidence-based approach and effectiveness in helping individuals achieve their fitness goals.

The Mind.

If you are feeling mentally blocked to eating right, moving your body, or truly anything else that you are needing, you are not alone.

According to a 2020 survey, 60% of Americans aged 18 and older are physically inactive, while only 22% report regular physical activity.

But what if it didn't have to be so hard?

It's the little decisions and habits we make throughout our day that design our lives and our health. Rarely does any one big move yield change. You already know this.

Our goal: make the good habits easy and the bad habits harder. Each week we will evaluate different aspects of your life that are no longer serving you in terms of your health and wellbeing. From there, we will design small and tangible steps that make self improvement feel simple and empowering.

Testimonials

"Maddy is always prepared with customized workouts that target the area and muscle set where I need help. She is attentive to good form and correct technique to avoid injury and maximize results. Within a few weeks of working with Maddy, I noticed increased range of motion, significant gains in strength and endurance, and more confidence and willingness to try new exercises and new machines. I train with Maddy three times a week. Each session is well worth it! I come away stronger and fitter each time! Thoroughly pleased"
