Meet Maddy
Fun Fact:
I recently moved back to Texas from Lake Atitlan, Guatemala, a beautiful place I called home for 3 years. During this time I was privileged to train a variety of incredible people; from travelers to retreat goers to locals. There, I had the unique opportunity to lean into unique perspectives of the indigenous mayan community - from ancient farming to staying healthy and active for 90+ years. Certified Fitness Instructor & NASM Certified
Hi I'm Maddy! Houston gal, born and raised! Thanks for checking out my site. Since day 1 I've been fascinated by the power of the mind which led me to a degree in human behavior. In 2015 I began the journey of my own health transformation after years of extreme burnout, eating, hormone, and health issues. Today, I've dedicated my life to sharing the principles which ultimately gave me my life and joy back.

Like a wellness retreat- without the airfare and suited for your day to day life.
I am a full time certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine with a B.S. in Human Behavior. I also have an Experience Design Certification with Rice University. In 2019 I stepped away from the corporate world after experiencing intense corporate America burnout. I packed up everything I had and moved to a rural town in Latin America which later turned out to be a hub for health and wellness experts. In this time I found movement to be my greatest healer of all even though it was something I had grown to avoid most of my life. I began to truly heal from the burnout, depression, anxiety, stress, low energy, gut and hormone issues. Through this journey I also found myself surrounded by incredible health aficionados who taught me a great deal of what I know today.
I specialize in strength training with notes of yoga and pilates throughout. My workouts improve alignment and posture, countering common imbalances. My clients tend to be 50/50 male to female of all ages and backgrounds.
I’m excited about education and have countless courses and workshops behind me, with at least two always planned ahead of me. My hunger for knowledge never really dwindles. For this reason I'm well connected to the Houston wellness community so that my clients may have a web of resources, from word class nutritionists to physical therapists. It sometimes takes a village, and if I am not the ideal support I will always try to guide you to someone who can.
The human body is incredibly sophisticated and complex. When you treat it properly, it serves as proactive health care.
You have one life, and your body is what houses your one life. I want to teach you the interconnectedness of your health, in an approachable way, so that you can help your body (thus your life) be its very best.

In business we are supposed to pick a niche, but to be fair I have senior clients, pregnant clients, teenage clients, perimenopausal clients, type A executive clients, postnatal clients, highly fit clients… and the list goes on. My experience is extensive, and catering my approach to individual needs is my specialty.
